At FoldifyCase, we are committed to delivering your premium folding and flipping phone cases to you in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and other important information related to the shipment of your order.

1. Order Processing

  • 1.1 Processing Time:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation and payment verification. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays. We will make every effort to notify you if there are any significant delays.
    • "Processing" refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, including order verification, quality checks, and packaging. It does not include the transit time with the shipping carrier.
  • 1.2 Order Cut-Off Time:
    • Orders placed after 3PM LA time will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

FoldifyCase offers the following shipping options:

  • 2.1 Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment (not the order date).
    • Carrier: Multiple carriers will be used to ship your order.
    • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • 2.2 Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: Within 7 business days from the date of shipment (not the order date).
    • Carrier: UPS Express, FedEx Express, DHL Express
    • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • 2.3 Note about the shipping time:
  • Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • 3.1 Calculation:
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
      • The shipping method selected (Standard or Express).
      • The destination address (shipping zone).
      • The weight and dimensions of the package.
  • 3.2 Free Shipping (Optional):
    •  FoldifyCase offers free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide
  • 3.3 Display of Costs:
    • The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • 4.1 Domestic Shipping:
    • We currently ship to all addresses within US and Australia, United Kingdom
  • 4.2 International Shipping:
    • We also ship internationally to worldwide Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient (see Section 7).   

5. Order Tracking

  • 5.1 Tracking Information:
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.  
  • 5.2 Tracking Updates:
    • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and show updates.
  • 5.3 Tracking Responsibility:
    • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and make arrangements to receive the package.

6. Delivery Issues

  • 6.1 Incorrect Address:
    • Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. FoldifyCase is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.   
  • 6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages:
    • FoldifyCase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided shipping address. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you with providing any necessary information for the claim.   
  • 6.3 Delivery Delays:
    • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders). We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.   

7. International Shipping - Duties and Taxes

  • 7.1 Recipient Responsibility:
    • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country's customs authorities.
  • 7.2 Customs Valuation:
    • We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all international shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue the contents.
  • 7.3 Refusal to Pay Duties:
    • If you refuse to pay the applicable duties and taxes, and the package is returned to us, we may deduct any return shipping costs and associated fees from your refund.

FoldifyCase reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
